At the time of admission you have to take care that all the booking formalities are completed before hand i.e. payment of booking deposit and procedure deposit.

In an emergency you can get admitted to the hospital any time.
In case of Walk in/ Emergency admission, the admission to the class desired, is subject to the availability of room / bed.

• Planned admissions are made by prior appointment and booking only.
• Bed charges are inclusive of meals in some standard Categories, which are for the PATIENT ONLY.
• Emergency charges @25%* of the routine charges would be levied in following cases -
• When the procedure is done in an Emergency, Hospital holidays or if it as an unscheduled procedure for that day.

Relatives who will accompany the patient are kindly requested to carry any valuables..
ASUTOSH Hospital will not be responsible for any loss or theft.

• Any valuable ornaments.
• Any eatables and utensils.
• Any clothing / bedding.
• Flowers.

• AII your previous medical records.
• All patients should carry previous prescribed medications.
• Your booking slip.
• The required deposit amount.

When you come for the admission you will be either sent to the bed allotted to you or to the Emergency department if certain tests need to be carried out. One relative will accompany you to the ward and another relative will wait at the admission counter to complete the admission formalities.
