To have confidentiality regarding your medical condition.
To make complaints/ suggestions.

Patients Responsibilities

Provide detailed information about your present health, past illness, medication, allergies and any other relevant details.
Follow the treatment plan, and given instructions.
Respect rights of other patients in the hospital by following the hospital rules.
Follow the appointments or else notify the hospital in advance in case of any change in schedule.
Do not ask for manipulated reports, fake receipts or certificates.
Timely & full payment of deposits & hospital bills, whenever asked for.
